Refund and Returns Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Chaitanya recognizes the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product, as provided by current regulations. For hygienic and food safety reasons, the right of withdrawal applies only to products that are still in their original, intact, and sealed packaging.

It is therefore not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on packages that are opened, damaged, or partially consumed.

Once the integrity of the returned package has been verified, we will proceed within 30 days to refund the order amount and the initial shipping costs, using the same payment method originally used by the customer. The return of the product and the related shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED GOODS

At the time of delivery by the courier, please check that the goods received are intact and match the order. If you happen to receive goods that are tampered with, damaged, or not compliant:

sign the delivery receipt “con riserva”
contact us by email at info@chaitanyashop.com, attaching a photo of what you received (important: only emails that include a photo of the goods can be processed).
